In concept, the Bafbox technique is simplicity itself. Take a flat sheet of plastic, cut it, cut out any shaped holes you like, and fold it to form the enclosure you require.

Of course it isn't quite that simple, with a great deal of thought and design work going into each project, each one in itself posing different problems for our team here, be they shape, ease of your final assembly, or an infinite combination of design uncertainties.
